Refund Policy

An exploration pass opens the whole Career Lender library — careers, subjects, skills, degrees, colleges, exams and scholarships — for a fixed period: one month, one year, or until the end of Class 12. The price and the period are shown before you pay. Counselling plans and test series are sold separately and say what they include.

One item in every area of the library is free to read, and the four quizzes — interests, personality, what matters at work, and the skills record — are free and always will be. We would rather you used the free sample first than asked for a refund afterwards.

A pass runs for a fixed period and does not auto-renew. There is nothing to cancel: it ends on its date and nothing is charged again.

If Career Lender is not right for you, write to us within 7 days of payment and we will refund it in full, provided study material has not been downloaded in bulk. After 7 days a pass is non-refundable, because the library has been open and readable throughout that period.

If a payment is taken and access is not opened — a failed verification, a duplicate charge, or a fault at our end — we refund it in full. You do not need to ask.

A refund is returned to the same card, account or UPI ID the payment came from. Banks typically take 5–7 working days to show it, and that part is outside our control.

When a payment is refunded, the access it opened is withdrawn — but everything the student did is kept: quiz results, saved items, project work, progress and badges. If you buy again later it is all still there. We do not delete a student's record because a payment was reversed.

If your school has bought Career Lender for its students, you are not charged anything and this page does not apply to you. Arrangements with schools are governed by the school's own agreement.
