Terms and Conditions

Accounts for students in Classes 6–12 are created either by the student's school or by a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

One account, one person. Do not share your password or sign in as somebody else. Tell us immediately if you think somebody else has your password. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

A personal, non-transferable right to read and use the library for the period you paid for. It does not give you the right to download material in bulk, republish it, resell it, share it outside your household, or use it to train a machine learning model. Study material, question banks, career profiles and assessments remain the property of Career Lender or its licensors.

Career Lender helps a student explore careers, subjects, exams, degrees and colleges, and make better-informed decisions. We do not guarantee admission to any course or college, a particular examination result, a scholarship, or a job. Cut-offs, fees, admission dates and eligibility shown on the platform are collected from public sources and change without notice — always confirm them with the institution before acting on them.

Our assistant answers questions about careers and study. It can be wrong. It is not a substitute for a counsellor, a teacher, a doctor or a lawyer, and should not be treated as one.

Where a school provides Career Lender to its students, the school controls who has an account and what they can see, and may remove access when a student leaves.

Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the platform; do not scrape it; do not upload anything unlawful, abusive or infringing; do not impersonate anybody.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where we close a paid account for a breach, the unused portion is not refunded.

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and may take it down for maintenance.

We may update these terms and will post the updated version on this page. Material changes will be notified by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Erode have exclusive jurisdiction.
